These important skills have been so valuable to my private client base I have cultivated a group class in hopes to help more individuals with the most common struggles.

Join me for a small group class (12 students max) to learn how to:

  • release myofacial tissue

  • restore function & mobility for joints

  • develop core stability to keep healthy and strong hips and back

  • improve balance & stamina

  • develop smooth weight transference (imperative to reduce falling and/or limping)

Dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily

Why we strive for function over flexibility:

Why we focus on conditioning over cardio:

we are wise.

If, like me, you have found that your body has changed as you have lived (obvious, right? yet so surprising!), using the same approach towards your goals that you did in your 20s, 30s, or 40s will not work in our 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s!

And we are wise enough to know it. That’s why I call this our Wisdom Years.

Remember: that you are whole, perfect & unique!

And: we have worthy work ahead.

Let’s get started!

Historic Wyndhurst Station’s conductor residence is now home to a team of wellness providers. Plenty of parking and beautiful nature trails to enjoy before or after your session.

In 1999 I began teaching yoga full time, several years later I opened a yoga & wellness center which I ran for 17 years. I received a masters in Applied Healing Arts from Tai Sophia. There, my passion for communication and healing was given a strong foundation, for which I am grateful. In 2011 I began my Alexander Technique training to become a teacher of this transformative somatic practice.
