By practicing myofascial self-massage you will:
Learn where your body blind spots are
Practice release techniques with specially designed tools
Target and untangle ‘trigger points’ (aka a ‘knot’ or hyper-irritable area)
Practice conscious breathing
Down regulate the stress response that our fast-paced world thrusts upon us
