Poor posture due to pain and stress can be the result of muscular disfunction. How do we recover and break out of the vicious cycle?

By practicing myofascial self-massage you will:

  • Learn where your body blind spots are

  • Practice release techniques with specially designed tools

  • Target and untangle ‘trigger points’ (aka a ‘knot’ or hyper-irritable area)

  • Practice conscious breathing

  • Down regulate the stress response that our fast-paced world thrusts upon us

May 16th: all about the back

**May 23rd**: no class

May 30th: head, neck & shoulders
